The Dunbar Carbon Neutral Project is a partnership between Sustaining Dunbar, Dunbar Community Development Company and Community Windpower Ltd with a steering group which includes representatives from Dunbar, Dunpender, West Barns and East Lammermuir Community Councils and Dunbar Secondary School.
