Website Help
This website uses Wordpress, a popular and rather nifty blog / news software package. There are 2 main types of content that you’ll find on the Sustaining Dunbar website: pages and posts.
Pages are static articles, links to which are displayed along the top menu. Pages are arranged relative to each other, simply navigate through the menu to find what you are looking for.
Click on a page and you should see any sub pages in the right hand sidebar. In fact you should be able to see it now.
We are trying to reduce the number of pages because menu navigation will be easier for you. Luckily it is easier for us too, but bear with us while we make these small changes! Things will move!
Posts are articles that are displayed in reverse date order on the front page of the website. Most content will be published as articles. These are arranged in categories which are available from the dropdown menu top right.
Click on an article from a category list or the front page and you should see the category menu in the right hand sidebar too. You can also find related materials by clicking on the so-called tags. Think of these as index words.
We encourage all our contributors to use these features to the full.
But if you have an idea for a feature you would like to see or have a problem with the website, please do let us know.
